Outing 2014 @ Bethel Hotspring Resort

Just before the summer ends, we held our organization's yearly outing on the last day of May and first day of June (medyo late post na ito). We tried to book our outing mid of May but this is the only day that our preferred resort is available.  We had our outing for two months. May and June. Corny!

This time we headed south. A private resort in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna – Bethel Hot Spring Resort. We pick this private resort since it has the capacity that can accommodate us. It can house up to 50 guests and the place is really nice.

We checked-in around 12 noon. We took our lunch first before we started our swimming sessions. Matt was very excited to jump into the pool. I told him that we will finish our meal first. Buti nalang naintindihan nya kaagad and he sat on the chair and said: Sige, kain na muna kayo ha?

That day, the weather is just fine and the pool area for kids is already under the shade which make Matt’s swimming more enjoyable, hindi nakakaitim.

At around 4 in the afternoon, we need to get out of the pool but Matt doesn’t want to. We just told him that the monster is already coming and will get the kids who are still there. Ang galing manakot.

In our room, we take a short sleep. I need to wake up at around 6 pm for I was assigned to cook lechon kawali, one of our dinner’s menu.

After dinner, some went back to the pool. Masarap maligo kasi mainit ang tubig. Then a short program was held just to keep the night alive. I just watched the game and returned to our room before midnight.

Morning, the next day, after having our breakfast, Matt was again excited to jump into the pool. We promised him that he can go back to the pool as long as he finished his breakfast.

At around 9 am, we left the place to avoid traffic build-up on the way and we reached home just before noon time. That's an ample time to take a rest since the next day is the start of another work week.

Here are some of the photos (this may take time to load due to bunch of photos):

Look how they'd enjoy the water as well as the slide. I tried the slide too and do it for another couple of rounds. Sayang walang photo.

Some of the following next pics were already posted by Mommy.

And Dad too!

Here are the members of the team.

(There are no photo for the "Tarlac chapter" since most of them are already in their sleep during the picture taking. Yung iba lasheng na yata. LOL)

Games! Games! Games!

The part I love most? FOOD! This is supposed to be a boodle fight type of dinner. Unfortunately, the dining table is too small for the group.
Inihaw na bangus, lechon kawali (dy yours truly), adobong manok, shrimp halabos and mango
Nagkakahiyaan pa sila kung sino mauunang kumain. LOL.

By the way, here are some of the resort's facilities.
Bedrooms

Living Room Area with sofa bed in case need for additional sleeping area

Bathroom

Kitchen

Pool with lighting effects at night.

Other amenities
(Photos without my watermark were taken by our colleague John Paul de Guzman.)

Next year we are planning to have it in a beach up North.
