Last week, I need to get a
copy of our marriage certificate from NSO. Though I can get it from the nearest
releasing office, which is NSO-East Avenue QC, I need to go there twice. First is to request, second is to pick up the requested document. Because of this, I opt to get it thru online. It is easy as 1-2-3
but you need to pay extra for the . In 2-3 working days, it will
be delivered at your doorstep.

Go to https://nsohelpline.com/ and select what document you are going to request.
Fill up properly the needed details like complete name/s, dates, places as well as delivery address.

Pay the stated amount
either bank or thru online. you can also pay thru Bayad Center. I used my credit card for the payment.
After the payment has been
confirmed, you will be given with a reference number that you can use to track
the status of your request.
Wait for 2-3 working days
and you will receive the requested documents. I received mine two days late due
to typhoon Glenda.
One risk in using this
service is that if your document/s request is/are not available at NSO, you
cannot refund the amount used in payment. Since I already got our marriage
contract before, I know that NSO has already a copy of it.
