Just want to share something that you can enjoy flavorful dishes without salt. You just need to have some herbs, pour in blender, mix thoroughly and you will get a saltless seasoning.
For normal mixture:
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp powdered lemon rind or juice
For strong mixture:
3 tsp basil
2 tsp savory
2 tsp ground cumin seed
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp sage
2 tsp majoram
1 tsp lemon thyme
For spicy mixture:
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp rosemary
Note that these ratio are based on dried hebrs. You may use fresh herbs. Just adjust the quantities based on your taste.
