Kitchen Tips: Save Your Teflon

Teflonn-coated are expensive compared to iron-cast pans. Extra care must be done to make its life longer or else you may result something like this

Cooking using Teflon coated pans is a great because of its non-stick property. To save you from buying every now and then, use them only in light tasks like cooking omelets and sautéing because teflon coatings can be damaged by high heat. Also, don't use any sharp utensils that could tear the teflon film coating.
